Krishna said that he is a resident of Siskari village of Siskari village of Sisai block of Gumla district and is very happy to be selected in the Under 16 Indian cricket team. He travels 30 km daily and goes to school and practices cricket along with studies. Earlier he used to practice studies and cricket in Himachal Pradesh. Now he is studying in the state -run middle school of Gumla Headquarters.
Krishna told that he is very happy when he is selected in the Under 16 Indian cricket team and wants to give credit to his hard work, parents and coaches. His father never stopped playing. There is an atmosphere of happiness in home, family and school on their selection.
Teacher Sudesh Sourav said that our school student Krishna Tana Bhagat has been selected in the Under 16 Indian cricket team. He was nominated in our school in June. Earlier he used to practice studies and cricket in Himachal Pradesh. Now he comes to school from Sisai and practice cricket in the stadium after the holiday. Looking at his hard work, it seems that his cricket career will be bright in future.
Principal Tarun Kumar Tripathi said that this is a matter of pride for our school. Earlier, a student from our school was selected in the badminton state team and now in the national cricket team. We will always encourage that Krishna be selected in the Under 17-19 and the Indian team as well and he should continue to move forward.
