New Delhi. Michael Vaughan has got angry over ICC. Vaughan says that the Indian team should also be fined for slow over rate. According to the former England captain, both teams were guilty in the Lord’s Test match. After the third Test match was over, the ICC imposed a 10 percent fine on hosts England players while he also deducted two points in the World Test Championships.
